Hey,

We are looking into implementing Mercury load runner for automated testing in SAP solutions (End to End) for ABAP and Java based systems.

We already have SMD (Solution Manager Diagnostics) implemeted with Root cause Analysis. Do we still need Mercury Load Runner?

Is there any presentation or guide to set that up?

Our Applications are running on HP UX and Database on IBM/Oracle

lastly, is there any training offered for SAP-Mercury usage?

thanks

I need to present to management (in the next 2 weeks) a presentation on your product. If you could point me to a url that has all the information about your product, that would make it easier.

Thanks in advance,
John

Hi Staurt,
It seems that you have got good hands on on LR with SAP..
It would have been more interesting if you have recorded the entire scenerio, and uploaded the video so as to be more elaborative..

As the saying is always there : Picture makes more than 1000 Words..

And i once again thank you very much for keep such an interactive report on SAP LR..

Platforms & Applications

SAP AG has extended an ongoing agreement with business software vendor Mercury Interactive to resell its LoadRunner software, across the Asia Pacific region.

The software, branded as SAP LoadRunner by Mercury, is used by IT departments to validate the performance of SAP's enterprise resource planning software and the SAP NetWeaver platform, SAP's comprehensive integration and applications platform.

Customers use Mercury LoadRunner to help verify that SAP applications will meet business performance requirements before they "go live" in implementation deployments.

The latest announcement between the two software vendors is part of a worldwide master relationship agreement for SAP to resell Mercury LoadRunner. The original agreement was signed in December 2005.

The master relationship agreement is activated by regional go-to-market agreements, this agreement has been extended with SAP Canada, SAP Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and SAP Asia Pacific.

The product will be available in countries including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand.
