One of the breakout topics was Useful Tools for Performance Testers. This was about useful tools that were not load generation tools (or everyone would have just said “LoadRunner” and it would have been a very short session).

    Hi,
    Another very useful tool is the Virtual Table Server to catch data returned from the app instead to send to files.

    Fav Text Editor: Notepad++ macro is cool for repetitive task.
    For Test Data Management: Excel or setup a database to organise the same.
    Microsoft Log Parser 2.2 is awesome tool for analysing web logs.
    Splunk for log analysis and more (Search, monitor, analyze and visualize your data to gain new insights and intelligence.)
    Java Mission Control for JVM analysis
    Jconsole for JVM analysis
    Loadrunner controller monitors
